What we expect from every partner, and the extra rules for each type of service. These standards come from our master subcontractor agreement; your signed agreement and purchase orders always take precedence.
Every Vendor
The standards that apply to all.
Before every job
- Insurance certificate current through the job end date, naming FANDFLO LLC as additional insured
- Every licence your trade requires, uploaded and in date
- Every person assigned has passed a background check within the last 12 months and signed the FANDFLO operative NDA
Response and readiness
- Quotes and availability within 2 business hours
- Urgent changes acknowledged within 15 minutes during active jobs, at any hour
- On site, staged and ready 15 minutes before the scheduled start (60 minutes for your first 3 jobs)
- Tell FANDFLO dispatch at once about any delay of more than 5 minutes
On the job
- Zero exposure: no photos, recordings, social media posts, geotags or autographs, and no discussion of clients or assignments
- Clean, unbranded vehicles and equipment unless the purchase order says otherwise
- Follow the dress code in the purchase order and the client's site rules
- Update the job status at confirmation, on start and on completion
After the job
- Upload proof of completion within 24 hours: photos, signed receipts, timesheets or certificates
- Invoice FANDFLO only, quoting the purchase order number, within 7 days
- Report any accident, injury, damage, threat, complaint or confidentiality breach by phone within 1 hour, and in writing within 24 hours

How we score, and how you score us.
After every job, we score punctuality and readiness (30%), communication (25%), compliance (25%) and discretion and quality (20%). Partners at 85% or above get priority for new jobs. You can rate us too: tell us how clear our briefs were, how fairly we scored you and how promptly we paid.
