The Compliance Gate
We check vendors before every job, not once a year.
No vendor reaches your premises or your executives until it clears our gate. Insurance is matched to the risk of the work: $1M/$2M general liability, with FANDFLO as additional insured, for security, transport, trades, moving and events. Licences are verified, including state security licences, carrier authority and FAA Part 135 for charters. Every operative signs an NDA under our zero-exposure rule: no photos, no posts, no names. If a document expires, the vendor is paused automatically and your job moves to the next vetted partner.
Pricing in Plain Sight
Cost plus 20%. Nothing hidden.
You pay the vendor's actual cost plus a flat 20% coordination fee, shown on every quote and invoice. On request, we'll show you the vendor's own invoice for any job. Where volume discounts reduce our cost, that's disclosed in your agreement.

Our watchdog checks every live job every few minutes. If a vendor hasn't confirmed staging 30 minutes before start, our dispatch team is already calling, and a backup vendor is on standby. You hear about problems from us, with a fix, before you notice them.
